Join us at the Law Courts throughout the week of July 22-26 to show solidarity for three Land & Water Protectors facing criminal contempt of court trials and jail time for protesting the TMX expansion project on Burnaby Mountain.

The trials will be conducted daily throughout the week. Court day begins at 10am and usually ends around 3-4pm. Room and building details will be provided on this event page prior to trials. Four defendants who were found guilty for criminal contempt of court in early June by Judge Kenneth Affleck will also be sentenced at 9am daily throughout the week.

Please consider coming out to show support, no matter how brief. Witnessing the sacrifices being made to defend the unceded Indigenous lands that we rely on, and benefit from, is vital to maintaining a collective presence against the TMX expansion, especially now that the Federal Government has re-approved the project.
