Join us for Life After Carbon: Building an Economy that Lasts

Envision a post-carbon economy

We often talk about the need for transformative change to combat the climate crisis. But it can be hard to envision a world where we’ve won. And that’s a problem when you’re asking people to support this shift.

Nobody has all the answers. But it’s time to start the conversation. That’s what we’re going to do in three Metro Vancouver suburbs next week.

Join us for Life After Carbon:
Building an Economy that Lasts

  • North Vancouver — Tuesday, October 15 at Capilano University, Room LB 188 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
  • Coquitlam — Wednesday, October 16 at the Coquitlam Public Library Poirier Branch, Nancy Bennett Program Room from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
  • Surrey — Thursday, October 17 at the Surrey Central Library, Room 120 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
Together, we’ll look at options for what we’ll eat, how we’ll get around, where we’ll live and even what we’ll do in a world no longer pumping carbon into the atmosphere. You will have the chance to shape how bold climate action plays out in your community.
We all know this world is possible. It’s already appearing in fits and starts around us. We need to have a clear vision to build it so let’s get started. Hope to see you next week!

For the climate,
