This benefit dance/fundraiser is dedicated to providing much needed winter gear and supplies for those front-line protectors occupying and protecting their Yintah (traditional territory). This event is sanctioned by Gitumt'en Clan Spokesperson, Molly Wickham and coordinated by our fellow land protector and comrade, Sakej Ward.
All proceeds and supplies will be delivered directly to Molly, her husband Cody Merriman and all their support team at the frontlines.
The event is being graciously hosted on the unceded Coast Salish territory of Skwah First Nations at their Community Hall (615 Wellington AVE., Chilliwack) and by their respected elder, Eddie Gardner.
Event sponsors include the Wild Salmon Defenders Alliance and Pipe-Up Network.
