Throughout the 80s and early 90s, protests erupted against the clearcutting and violation of indigenous rights in the Clayoquot rainforest in BC. In 1993, more than 900 people were arrested for engaging in what is still today the largest act of civil disobedience in Canada. These lessons are relevant to us today as we fight the Kinder Morgan expansion project.

Featured Speaker:
JOE FOY: An active participant in the events documented in the video, Joe continues to work to protect the environment as the National Campaign Director of the Wilderness Committee.
