The election of Socialist Alternative member Kshama Sawant to Seattle City Council in 2013 was one of the first signs of a growing political revolution.
Sanders in the US, Corbyn in Britain and Mélenchon in France are all part of this growing political revolution and mass movements for justice, genuine equality and peace.
Around the world and in Canada people are sick of years of growing inequality with obscene wealth and poverty, ecological destruction, discrimination, endless cuts, insecure jobs and stagnant wages. Capitalism is a disaster for the vast majority of humanity.
Left Alternative and Vancouver Socialist Alternative are happy to co-host a rally with Kshama Sawant and Jean Swanson, who is working to bring a political revolution to Vancouver and Canada.
