6355 Deer Lake Ave, Burnaby

Public Anyone on or off Facebook
Let's rally at the front doors of RCMP headquarters in 'Burnaby' to demand they and CGL get off Wet'suwet'en Yintah!

There are flagpoles at the front entrance; this is where we'll gather. Bring banners, drums, and consider making an in-person complaint about RCMP conduct including even-colonially-illegal exclusion zones.

From Unist'ot'en Solidarity Brigade:
RCMP Set Up Illegal Exclusion Zone Blocking Food, Medicine, And People From Reaching Healing Center And Homes On The Territory
As colonial governments sabotage efforts to avert disastrous global warming and historic flooding batters Coast Salish territories the Wet'suwet'en are doing whatever it takes to defend their land and all of our collective futures.
Solidarity keeps the frontline safe! All Eyes on Wet'suwet'en!
From Gidemt'en Checkpoint on Facebook:
Sleydo's call to action: https://fb.watch/9moUYFhShB/
Cas Yikh woman and media were denied access to Cas Yikh territory: RCMP turned around a Wet'suwet'en woman carrying heart medication for a Wet'suwet'en Cas Yikh elder. Carrying supplies and medication, the vehicle was stopped by RCMP at the illegal and arbitrary exclusion zone at the entrance to Cas Yikh territory.
This is a violation of the Delgamuukw ruling, of UNDRIP, and of human rights.
The RCMP, on the orders of CGL, are denying Indigenous people access to their own territory and to necessary supplies and medication.
Every time we stand up and say "no", every time we sacrifice comfort and end complacency and say "enough" - it sends a message. A message to other Indigenous people that we will not be silenced, that we will not quietly watch as our land and people and ways are stolen. That we, that you, can change the system and inspire others to do so, too.
Join us. Stand up for the land, for your culture, for your future.
