Marta Robertson Smyth and Pia Massie are appealing their conviction for opposing the TMX pipeline expansion. The court proceedings will be held online June 26 at 2 pm. The link will be posted on June 25. Stay tuned.

We are grateful to Marta and Pia for their efforts to defend the unceded Coast Salish lands that we all live on. We are appalled by how the TMX expansion is being irresponsibly subsidized by the Federal Government. In this time of climate crisis, no one can afford this expansion.

We are grateful for the chance to try to humbly act as good relatives with the Coast Salish peoples, and to walk together in our care for the health of the land and waters that we all rely on.
