Let's give it all we’ve got to stop Tilbury LNG

Now is our chance to stop a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal that would create as much climate pollution as the City of Vancouver.

Minister of Environment and Climate Change George Heyman is due to make a decision on the Tilbury LNG project in the Fraser River this month. We’re holding a rally at his office in Vancouver at 642 W Broadway on Monday, Nov. 21 at 11 a.m. to demand he reject this polluting new fossil fuel infrastructure. Can you make it?

RSVP to the rally!
This will be a crucial test of the new premier’s commitment to climate action. In his first speech, David Eby agreed "we cannot continue to expand fossil fuel infrastructure and meet our climate goals." Now is the time to hold him to it.
We need to let them know the climate movement is paying attention. If you can’t make it to the rally, make sure to write them a letter of opposition and demand they reject Tilbury LNG, the 2,000 fracking wells that would go along with it and all the climate pollution they would create.

Write my letter now!
With climate disasters wreaking havoc across our province in recent months and years, it’s long past time to stop building new fossil fuel infrastructure that will be around for decades. Together, we can stop Tilbury LNG and draw a line in the sand for BC to reject these polluting projects.

Hope to see you at the rally and otherwise thanks for writing in.
For the climate,
