Mother's Day Fundraise for women and children suffering from the Israeli assault against Gaza and the West Bank

Mother's Day Fundraiser Organized by

Kites of Hope Society

May 11 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm

Join us for a BC-wide fundraising concert on Mother's Day, May 11th .

The event is being organized by Kites of Hope Society in association with Independent Jewish Voices, Trinity Grace United Church, and Labour 4 Palestine.

The concert will be both in-person at Unity Hall, 5840 Oak Street, Vancouver and livestreamed across the province with an associated digital platform for donations. All monies collected will go towards medical relief for women and children in Palestine being provided by organizations such as

 IDEALS (UK), NORWAC (Norway), Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP); Glia Gaza Medical Support Initiative, and Rabbi David Mivisair’s pharmacy reconstruction project.

The concert will feature performers such as Indigenous hip-hop artist Dakota Bear, singer and activist Amy Blanding and many others. 

Mother's Day originated as a day for peace, and we hope you will join us in reclaiming it by standing up in solidarity with the women and children of Palestine.
