International Women's Day Dinner - Sunday March 8, 2026 | Early Bird Tickets on Sale to Jan. 31/25!

The Women and Gender Rights Committee is excited to announce that EARLY BIRD tickets are now on sale for our Annual International Women’s Day dinner. Early Bird ticket sales end on January 31st! We are also offering a scholarship to the 2026 CLC Winter School!

The dinner will be held Sunday, March 8, 2026 at the Fraserview Banquet Hall, 8240 Fraser Street in Vancouver. Doors open and dinner buffet open at 5:00pm. Our program begins at 7:00pm.

The theme for 2025’s event is Women Organizing Communities. Our panel will be announced at a later date.

Proceeds from the dinner will go to funding scholarships and future educational events for women in the labour movement. Applications for the 2026 CLC WINTER SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP are currently open and close at 10:00am on Friday November 21, 2025. Early bird tickets are $90.00 per person until January 31, 2026. From February 1 to March 6, the ticket price per person will be $100.00. Tables are 10 people per table.

If you wish to purchase a table and be invoiced, please contact the office at 604-254-0703 or email office@vdlc.ca. Low-income tickets are available by contacting the office by email or phone.

All tickets must be purchased in advance of March 6, 2025. There will be no ticket sales the day of the event.
