Episode #20 Trans Liberation Part 1: The Stuggle Against Transphobia

In this first installment of a two part series, Solidarity Winnipeg members Misha and Serena discuss transphobia and why the left must seriously engage with transgender liberation. JOIN US FOR OUR NEXT ONLINE READING GROUP
NOV 30, 2022 @ 8:00PM

A post-capitalist, post-revolutionary society is something that can be difficult to visualize at this point in history. Join us for our next reading group to discuss Everything for Everyone: An Oral History of the New York Commune, 2052-2072 by M.E. O’Brien and Eman Abdelhadi, a speculative fiction novel which illustrates what a post-revolutionary world could actually look like in the 21st century.

You can purchase a digital or physical copy of Everything for Everyone directly from the publisher at the following link: https://www.commonnotions.org/everything-for-everyone

Please note that it is recommended physical copies are ordered soon to accommodate for shipping times before the reading group date.

If you‘re anti-capitalist and are thinking of participating, reach out!
Send us an email at info@solidaritywinnipeg.ca, and as we get closer to the date of the event, we will share the zoom link with you.

It is our goal to create a welcoming and flexible environment for our reading groups. We look forward to seeing you there!

Supplemental content: If you're interested, Solidarity Winnipeg previously interviewed authors M.E. O'Brien and Eman Abdelhadi about the novel, and you can listen to the podcast or read the transcript at the links below.
