FortisBC Tilbury LNG Plant, 7651 Hopcott Rd #7425, Delta

Wilderness Committee is joining Shale Must Fall's global day of action against fracked gas.

Join us in person at 11 a.m. for a small protest outside FortisBC’s Tilbury LNG in Delta. On July 30, we’ll gather to show the provincial government it is deeply irresponsible to build new fossil fuel projects as hundreds of British Columbians lose their homes and their lives to climate change. There is no place for fracked gas in a safe climate!

Bring signs, whistles, whatever you’ve got to make a lively protest! Slogans include:

  • Stop LNG
  • No LNG on the Fraser
  • Literally, NO Gas!!
  • Whatever you want — it’s been a while since we protested

You can take bus #640, get off at 72 St. and River Rd. and walk 15 minutes north to the protest.

Email chloe@wildernesscommittee.org or call 604-683-8220 if you have questions.
