Webinar - A Good War: Mobilizing Canada for the climate emergency

The world has been through a lot this year, but the climate crisis won’t wait for us to catch up. With Earth Day coming up we’re asking: How can we take large-scale climate action to provide a healthy world for future generations? The task is daunting–but there’s hope!

This Earth Day (April 22), we invite you to participate in a conversation with Seth Klein, one of the leading voices on climate change policy in Canada and the author of A Good War – Mobilizing Canada for the climate emergency, which makes the case for a World War II style mobilization to tackle the climate crisis and build a stronger society in the process.

Register here to join me, Sierra Club BC climate justice lead Anjali Appadurai, at 11 a.m. PT on Earth Day (Thursday, April 22) for a discussion with Seth Klein on some of the themes in his book, including the obstacles to meaningful climate action and what we can do to overcome them.

In hope and solidarity,
