WSN's Workers Rising: February General Membership Meeting

At our last month's Worker's Rising, one of our members facilitated a "First Aid Training for Organizers" workshop. We learned basic knowledge in identifying a crisis, were given information about how to treat particular wounds, got to practice naloxone distribution and more!! Further resources were shared in knowing what to have handy in case of emergency during an action or a rally.
Our members found that the practical knowledge was incredibly helpful so WSN is hoping to offer a full certification training later this year!

At our next Workers Rising meeting, we will begin strategizing and implementing a lot of the knowledge we've learned over the past year to start preparing for our upcoming conference this spring! Our membership will determine how we conduct what the future of Workers Rising will look like, in hopes to organize more people in our community to build this movement together!
