Canadian Foreign policy commentator Yves Engler, will critically examine Canada's role in the global imperialist project. Engler is a Montreal-based writer and political activist. Engler has produced a significant literature on Canadian Foreign policy, with eleven published books, Engler's writings have appeared in the alternative press and in mainstream publications such as The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Ottawa Citizen, and Ecologist.
