Doors open at 2.30, agenda still being worked out. But it will be less 'presentation', and more working together in groups. With tea and cake!

Child friendly, there is a kids playroom but we will need to rotate some volunteers to supervise kids, maybe someone has a teenager that would like to hang out with them? I'm totally happy to put a few bucks towards someone's babysitter fee.

Sorry it's a bit amorphous at the moment, we have a crew of people who are going to iron this out this week, but I wanted to give time for people to get this in your diary.
