Subject: September 21 Peace Arch Cross Border rally

Hello Rebels and Rebel supporters, how are you all doing?  Hope you all had a wonderful summer as it draws to a close.  

We have been working with XR Bellingham and members from several other groups including Pipe Up and Salmon Defenders to plan a cross border rally at the Peace Arch.  The rally will take place on September 21st, from 11 am to 3 pm.  We plan to have some speakers, a pot luck, and most importantly, join forces with our cross border neighbours and friends in solidarity to fight against the climate crisis. 

We have set up a new joint facebook page with XR Bellingham, and created the event there.  Here is the link to the event.  This event has also been shared to our regular XR-FV Facebook page and pinned to the top.

Please share this on your facebook page, and invite everyone to come join us.  Please make sure you indicate on the event if you are interested, or are planning to come.

We are also working with a group in Mission (Be the Change) to plan a rally on Friday September 20th to support the student strikers.  More details to come.
