Protest - Join Coast Protectors outside Trudeau's Vancouver fundraiser

With only weeks to go before Justin Trudeau and his Cabinet announce their decision on whether to go ahead with the Trans Mountain pipeline and tanker project, Trudeau is in Vancouver fundraising for the October election. The Liberals say we're in a climate emergency - but they're not acting like it.

Fundraising in Vancouver while they try to ram a pipeline and tanker project that risks our coast demands a response.

If you can donate to help us with the costs of this and future actions, please click here: https://www.coastprotectors.ca/donate

We will be meeting outside the Opus Hotel in downtown Vancouver just before noon to raise our voices loud enough that they hear them inside the ballroom.

Join us at 11:50 am outside the Opus:

GETTING THERE:
The OPUS Hotel (322 Davie St) is on the cross streets of Davie St and Hamilton St in Yaletown. It is directly across the Canada Line Yaletown Station exit.

While the Liberal Party says there's a climate emergency but continues to push bitumen pipelines, we will be there to resist. Stay tuned for more events before the June 18 decision deadline on Trans Mountain -- we hope to see you next Wednesday!

In solidarity,
Sarah
