On May 3rd, join hundreds of thousands of youth across the country as we strike from school to demand climate justice!

As young people, we want to be excited about our future, not scared about impending climate catastrophe. We're striking to demand that our leaders to step up and start treating the climate crisis like the emergency it is. We can create the power to turn this around and create the safe and just world we deserve, but only if we all come together. So mark your calendar and start inviting friends!

If you are an adult, please support us by posting about the strike on social media, calling your elected representatives to support our demands, allowing your children to strike, and voting with a science-aligned climate plan in mind! Additionally, you are welcome to attend our strike.

We acknowledge that this event will take place on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) ,Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil Waututh) nations. We recognize that the fight for climate justice must align with efforts against colonization, and are open to any suggestions about how to best demonstrate that within our movement.
