The Liberal government is poised to approve the Trans Mountain expansion - again. Without the permission of Indigenous peoples and British Columbians and in the face of the climate crisis, this government wants to use untold billions more of our public money to expand this dangerous, climate-wrecking project.

Join us on Saturday, June 22 to express your rage at this tone-deaf decision! We'll meet in front of Liberal MP Terry Beech's office on Hastings to show our opposition to this massive subsidy to oil and gas multinationals, at the expense of all Canadians.

We'll gather to hear from a few speakers, capture the event on film, then spread out to canvass the neighbourhoods of Burnaby, talking to locals about how they feel about the Liberals' plan for yet another massive bailout to oil industry giants - this time in the form of financing the Trans Mountain Expansion using our own tax dollars.
