VICTORIA — With the B.C. Liberals preparing to recall the legislature to approve a project development agreement for liquefied natural gas, Opposition leader John Horgan is signalling that the New Democrats will likely be voting no.
“We’ll have to take a good hard look at what they’ve got on the table,” he said, referring to the government promise to release the full text of the agreement with the Petronas-led consortium that is proposing a $36-billion LNG development in B.C.
