This week has been beautiful with an outpouring of solidarity for the Wet'suwet'en Struggle.
Everyday that CGL Is out of the territory is a victory, and keeping this front and center in the public eye is forcing the public to reckon with ongoing settler colonialism in so called Canada.
Maintaining this kind of momentum and mobilization is hard work, but you all have been rising to this historic moment in incredible ways that are building mass public support and forcing the government to rethink what they can get away with.
VIDEO UPDATES FROM CAMP
Two powerful video updates from camp came out this week. Take ten minutes to watch them both here:
You all are doing powerful work and it is amazing to see so much happening all over turtle Island!
FURTHERING THE ORGANIZING
FUNDRAISING
Funds for legal resources and on the ground supplies are greatly needed.
So many of you have been ongoing financial supporters helping to make this struggle possible! Can you take that a step further and fundraise in your community?
Consider Inviting your friends and neighbors over to watch Invasion and recent clips from camp and then send money to camp.
Or better yet link up with folks in your community to host a film screening fundraiser at a public venue!
Politicians need to continually feel the direct weight of public opinion to keep folks on the front line safe. They don't know your pissed unless you tell them directly.
Keep up the struggle!
