Inside The Mind Of The RCMP: 'Project SITKA'

Read the RCMP report  on "Project SITKA', obtained through a freedom of information application, on how the RCMP approach oppositional political activities, especially by indigenous peoples and resource develpment projects. It is quickly evident their whole approach is premised on such activities as being illigitimate, criminal threats to Canada.

See the website for the new book Policing Indigenous Movements: Dissent and the Security State by Andrew Crosby and Jeff Monaghan (Fernwood Publishing 2018) which summarizes the book and provides links to the many government and security service reports they obtained through Access to Information and Freedom of Information applications.
